Auto Pay (Standing Instructions on Card)
Simple, Convenient and Secure! Set up a one-time standing instruction on your card through Vi Auto Pay & enjoy hassle-free bill payments!.
To Enroll for Vi Auto Pay
- Provide your mobile number and card details (not applicable for International Cards) by clicking on 'Enroll Now' below.
- Your registered card will be automatically charged for your bill amount from next billing cycle onwards.
Please note: If you are already registered for Auto Pay through your card, and:
(i) wish to either change the card details (card number and expiry date), or
(ii) you have already crossed the service end date, then
first cancel your existing registration by clicking on 'Cancel' below and re-register by clicking on 'Enroll Now'
Modify Auto Pay
Change your registered card details - (a) Debit Limit and/or (b) Service End Date using the Modify option. you will need to provide your mobile number or relationship number and the revised debit limit and/or service end date.
Please note: If you have already crossed the service end date, please first cancel your existing registration by clicking on 'Cancel' below and then re-register for Auto Pay by clicking on 'Enroll Now' above.
Cancel Auto Pay
Want to cancel your Auto Pay enrollment? Simply click on 'Cancel' and insert your mobile number or relationship number and the
card details that you used to setup Auto Pay.
