- Q. How do I enroll in AutoPay?
To register autopay service you are required to complete a Rs 2/- payment authorisation to confirm your registration with autopay service.

When you enrolling with the autopay service, You must have your TATA DOCOMO relationship number and mobile number available to register and enroll in AutoPay.
Also, provide your e-mail address at which you wish to receive your service related alerts and notifications.
Enrolling in Auto Pay is easy! You can enroll using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard are accepted).
1) From the Left-sided tab list, click on the Setup SI link.
2) Provide the requested information. You must have your TATA DOCOMO relationship number and mobile umber available to register and enroll in AutoPay.
3) Review the account information for paying your bill using AutoPay. If correct, provide the credit card details that you wish to use to set up the automatic payment and click on 'Submit'
4) You will receive a final confirmation screen completing your Auto Pay enrollment. A confirmation email will be sent to the contact email address provided while autopay registration.
- Q. How do I modify my card details?
To modify/ edit your AutoPay Card detais, simply click on Modify SI link on Left-sided tab list and provide your TATA DOCOMO relationship number and mobile number.
This gives you the option to edit your credit card information. Once you have completed the process your new information will be updated.
